Seafarer Grievance

Any complaint or Grievance to be resolved as per Crew Manning Procedures Manual MLC 2006 Convention policy. Our company Seafarers can write directly to Company Director of the company by sending an email info@covpl.com or send a letter by post to the company's office.
In case the seafarer employed through the company have any grievance or complaints they can approach the Master of the vessel. Master of the vessel will inform the company, Owner or Manager of the grievance and try his level best to address the grievance within 7 working days. However, if the grievance is not sorted out them Master of the vessel should consult the company Director who shall try its level best to address the grievance of the seafarer. Moreover, if the grievance is not sorted out by any of the above the seafarer has the right to approach to the Director General of Shipping or Seamen’s Employment office of the relevant flag authority. The company will co-operate fully with the seafarer and the authorities to resolve the grievance of the seafarer. CLIPPER OCEANS VENTURES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED shall promptly and adequately respond to any complaint consulting its activity and inform to DG about the unresolved complaints All records of grievance and proof of addressing them shall be kept by our office. We shall resolve all complaints.

Feedback/Grievance

Visitor to our office or any Vendor of our company can place feedback or lodge customer complaint and address their grievances by writing directly to Director of the company by an email info@covpl.com or send a letter by post to the company's office. A record is maintained in our office on corrective actions. We shall resolve all complaints within 30 working days.
